For All Digital Realism Copyrighted Materials

Copyrighted materials and content are but not limited to any images, pictures, videos, stock footage, sound, music, film, training, course, models, scripts, illustrations, etc. Published in Digital Realism and/or its Partner/Affiliates website, pages, sites, office, channels or any other medium either physically or digitally.

Digital Realism restricts any form of duplication or redistribution of its content or material in any formats or to any medium either physically or digitally. Furthermore, Digital Realism may grant permission to use portions of its library of copyrighted materials and content under limited circumstances as described below.

Use of Name or Likeness of Digital Realism Executive:

The names and likenesses (videos, photographs, resume, materials, contact details, drawings, authority, etc.) of Digital Realism’s executives are protected by publicity and privacy rights and may not be used without prior written permission from Digital Realism.

Community, White Papers, Implementation Guides, and Technology Overviews:

Digital Realism routinely authors white papers, implementation guides, and technology overviews. Digital Realism does not generally license these materials for reproduction or distribution for commercial purposes or permit local hosting of these materials on third-party websites.

Special exception for use in bona fide educational programs: Instructor duplication and distribution to students in bona fide educational programs of Digital Realism community materials, white papers, implementation guides, and technology overviews is expressly authorized, without additional permission from Digital Realism, subject to the following limitations:

1| Except for actual duplication costs, students must not be charged for such materials.
2| Digital Realism’s materials must not be bound into any compilation or collective work. All Digital Realism’s materials must be collated by a separate binding (if any).
3| Instructors may reproduce only sufficient copies to meet the anticipated needs for the current course or term.
4| Reproductions of Digital Realism’s materials must retain all original copyright notices.
5| Training and course materials offered by Digital Realism School or its authorized learning partners are not covered by this exception and may be duplicated and distributed only with the prior consent of Digital Realism and/or the applicable learning partner.6| Requests for permissions that are not covered by the above can be submitted via Digital Realism’s Request Quote Tool.

Product/Service:

End-user purchasers of Digital Realism’s products/Services may, without the need for a written license from Digital Realism, reproduce and modify any Digital Realism product/service accompanying such products/services, for distribution within their organization in order to use the products/services.

Digital Realism authorized resellers, systems integrators, government contractors, and other similarly situated third-party may, without the need for a written license from Digital Realism, reproduce Digital Realism’s product/service and create derivative works thereof in the form of compilations, for distribution to their end-user customers.

Except as described above, no permission or license is given to reproduce or distribute copies of Digital Realism’s product/service for sale to the general public or for any other purpose including commercial or non-commecial usage.

Digital Realism Screen Captures and Photography:

Digital Realism allows third parties to use screen captures from publicly accessible Digital Realism webpages, channels, etc. without the need for a written license from Digital Realism, as long as the following conditions are met:

1| The use does not disparage Digital Realism or imply endorsement by Digital Realism.
2| The screen capture is not changed or manipulated in any way (with the exception of resizing and cropping).

Each use is accompanied by:

(a) the credit line and notice: “Courtesy of Digital Realism Studios. Unauthorized use not permitted.” (b) the specific Digital Realism URL where the screen was captured, and (c) the date of capture, in each case in a font size and location that is readily accessible by the viewer of the screen capture.

No trademark of Digital Realism Studios, or its subsidiaries or affiliates, is used (apart from the incidental appearance of such trademarks in the screen capture from Digital Realism).

The screen capture must not contain the name or logo of any third party, or any other content identified as owned, managed or copyrighted by any third party. View a list of Digital Realism Trademarks.

You agree to stop using and displaying the screen capture at any time, upon written request of Digital Realism; provided, however, that:

(a) if any Digital Realism screen captures appear in printed materials at the time of such request, and (b) you have otherwise complied with these requirements, and (c) you coordinate to remove the Digital Realism screen captures from future versions of such printed materials, then you may continue to use and distribute such screen captures as incorporated into your then-existing printed materials.

Digital Realism allows third parties to use Digital Realism product/servics photography located in the Digital Realism webpages and channels, without the need for a written license from Digital Realism, as long as the following conditions are met:

1| The use does not disparage Digital Realism or imply endorsement by Digital Realism.
2| The photography is not changed or manipulated in any way (with the exception of resizing and cropping).
3| Each use is accompanied by the credit line and notice: “Courtesy of Digital Realism Studios. Unauthorized use not permitted.”
4| No trademark of Digital Realism Studios, or its subsidiaries or affiliates, is used (apart from the incidental appearance of such trademarks in the photography provided by Digital Realism).
5| Downloading our product photography indicates that you accept these terms (which you can print and use as Digital Realism’s written permission).

In addition to the terms described above, all uses of Digital Realism copyrighted materials are subject to Digital Realism’s Guidelines for Use of Digital Realism Copyrighted Materials.

Updating the Policy

Digital Realism may, but is not required to, update this policy from time to time. You are bound by any such updates and should therefore check to see whether this Policy has been modified (see “Last modified” date above) each time you use this Site or the Service.
